To process a booking, we collect your name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, driving license and ID/passport details, and payment information. When you contact us via WhatsApp or our contact form, we store your message and contact details to respond to your inquiry.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to: process and manage your bookings; verify your identity and driving eligibility; process payments and refunds; send booking confirmations and updates by email or WhatsApp; respond to inquiries and provide customer support; and comply with legal and regulatory requirements (including reporting to authorities where required by UAE law, e.g. for traffic fines).

3. Payment Information

Card payments are processed securely through our payment providers (Stripe, PayPal, Tabby, Tamara as applicable) — we do not store full card numbers on our own servers. Bank transfer and crypto payments are verified manually by our team.

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share necessary details with: payment processors to complete transactions; insurance providers in the event of a claim; UAE authorities where legally required (e.g. traffic authorities); and service providers who help us operate the site (e.g. hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality obligations.

5. Data Retention

We retain booking and identification records for as long as required by UAE commercial and tax law, and to resolve any disputes relating to a rental (including fines that may arrive after the rental period ends).

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to our legal retention obligations) by contacting us at info@alrahal.ae. You can also update your details anytime from your account page.

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your cart and language/theme preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

8. Security

We use industry-standard measures (encrypted connections, secure password storage) to protect your data, but no online system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
