Renters must be at least 21 years old (25 for SUV, luxury, and sports categories) and hold a valid driving license β a UAE license for residents, or a valid license from an approved country / International Driving Permit (IDP) for tourists β along with a passport or Emirates ID.
Bookings are confirmed upon payment or agreed arrangement as shown at checkout. Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise. A refundable security deposit is required for every rental and will be held or collected at pickup, and refunded within 3β5 business days of return provided the vehicle is returned on time, undamaged, and free of outstanding fines.
Vehicles are provided with a full tank and must be returned full. Vehicles returned with less fuel will be refueled at the renter's expense plus a service fee, deducted from the security deposit.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, standard rentals include reasonable daily mileage appropriate to the rental package selected. The vehicle may only be driven within the United Arab Emirates unless prior written approval is given for cross-border travel (e.g. to Oman), which may require additional insurance.
The renter is fully responsible for any traffic fines, Salik toll charges, and parking violations incurred during the rental period. These will be charged to the card or deposit on file as they are received from the relevant authorities, plus a reasonable administrative fee.
All rentals include basic third-party insurance. Comprehensive coverage is available as an add-on. The renter is liable for any damage not covered by the selected insurance level, up to the value of the applicable excess/deposit. Insurance does not cover damage resulting from reckless driving, driving under the influence, or use outside the terms of this agreement.
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, or no-shows, may be subject to a cancellation fee. Date or vehicle changes are subject to availability.
Vehicles must be returned on the agreed date, time, and location, in the same condition as at pickup (normal wear excepted). Late returns without prior arrangement may incur additional daily charges at the standard rate.
The vehicle may not be used for: any illegal purpose; sub-renting or transferring to a third party; racing, off-roading, or towing; transporting persons or goods for hire without prior written consent; or by anyone other than the named renter and any additional driver declared and approved at booking.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Ajman. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
